What is free, and what needs Showpiece Pro?

Designing is free: every preset, device frame and language. Exporting and uploading the finished images need Showpiece Pro, bought in the app, which shows the current plans and prices.

How do I restore my purchase on another Mac?

Sign in to the Mac App Store with the same Apple Account, open Showpiece and choose Showpiece › Showpiece Pro…, then Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Choose Showpiece › Showpiece Pro… › Manage Subscription, or open the App Store and go to your account settings. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Which sizes does Showpiece export?

The screenshot sizes App Store Connect accepts for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro, as PNG or JPEG without transparency, in sRGB or Display P3. Files are named and arranged the way fastlane’s deliver expects.

How do I let a coding agent update my screenshots?

Open your project and choose Help › Use with Coding Agents…. It shows which folder to allow and writes a prompt to give your agent. The agent then updates screenshots and captions with Showpiece’s command line, and you review the result and export in the app. See Using Showpiece with coding agents.

The command line says it can only use folders I have allowed

The Mac App Store version of Showpiece can only read and write in folders you allow. Open Showpiece, choose Settings › Folder Access, and add the folder that holds your project, usually your app’s repository.

The command line says exporting needs Showpiece Pro

Open Showpiece once after buying, so it can see your purchase; the command line then exports on that Mac. A subscription that renewed while Showpiece was closed is picked up the next time it opens.

Does Showpiece collect my data?

Your projects and screenshots never leave your Mac unless you upload them to App Store Connect yourself. The app sends anonymous usage counts, which you can turn off in Settings. The privacy policy has the details.
