How do I restore TapTap++ Pro on a new phone?

Open Settings in the app, tap TapTap++ Pro, then Restore Purchase. Pro is a one-time £2.99 purchase tied to your Apple Account and shared with your family through Family Sharing.

How do I count from Control Centre or the Action Button?

With Pro, open Control Centre, tap +, then Add a Control, search for TapTap++ and choose Count. For the Action Button, open Settings → Action Button, choose Shortcut, then TapTap++ → Add to Tally. The app explains both under Settings → Shortcuts & Controls.

How do I put a counter on the Lock Screen?

Open a tally's Counter, tap ··· and choose Count from Lock Screen. If nothing appears, check that Live Activities are on for TapTap++ in the iPhone's Settings app.

I reset or deleted a tally by mistake

Tap Undo in the message at the bottom of the screen straight away. It stays for a few seconds; after that the change is final.

My tallies from version 1 are missing

Version 2 moves your sessions into the new tally list the first time it opens, and keeps the old file as a backup. If anything is missing, please email before deleting the app, so the backup can be recovered.

Do my tallies sync between devices?

Not yet. Tallies stay on the device you count on, and are included in its backups.
