Is TapTap++ free?
Yes. Counting, unlimited tallies, undo, history, charts and sharing are free, with no ads. TapTap++ Pro is a one-time £2.99 purchase that adds Count Together, counting from the Lock Screen, Control Centre, Action Button and widgets, steps and targets, and CSV export. There is no subscription.
Can I count without looking at my phone?
Yes. The tap surface fills the lower half of the screen, every count gives a haptic tap, and a stronger tap marks every 10th count (or 25th or 100th). VoiceOver users can swipe up and down on the counter, or use a two-finger double-tap to add one.
Can I count more than one thing at once?
Yes. With Count Together (part of Pro) you put up to six tallies on one screen and tap whichever one you see, which suits traffic surveys, bird counts and people coming in and going out.
Can I count from the Lock Screen?
Yes, with Pro. Start a Live Activity from any tally to get + and − buttons on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, or add the TapTap++ control to Control Centre or the Action Button.
What if I tap by mistake?
Minus takes one off, and resets, deletes and counts made from the list can all be undone for a few seconds. Counts never go below zero.
Where is my data kept?
On your iPhone or iPad only. There is no account. Your tallies are included in your device's iCloud or computer backups.
